It is guaranteed to maintain the fruits and vegetables under appropriate conditions by storing them in atmosphere controlled cold rooms. Vegetables and fruits continue their developments even after they are collected. They take oxygen (O2) from the air, and they give carbon dioxide (CO2) back. Deterioration and decay of the fruit is the result of this process.
Almost all of the oxygen is removed from the atmosphere controlled cold room, and a nitrogenous environment is generated. Damaging carbon dioxide and ethylene (C2H4) which is reproduced by fruits and vegetables in this environment are absorbed and an environment with the ideal temperature is provided.
